1. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings require a credit card to secure your reservation. We require at least 4 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the treatment price.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling within 4 hours may incur a fee.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional prices are valid only during the promotion period.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

5. Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if we believe it may be harmful to your health.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We maintain a professional environment and expect all guests to behave respectfully toward our staff and other guests.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Damon Sanctuary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
